We have a great opportunity for an experienced training individual to join us on a permanent basis as a Learning & Development Officer. Working closely with the Learning & Development Manager you will focus on specific learning & development objectives within the Company and having built strong relationships with key Managers, you will be responsible for developing and delivering relevant, appropriate & timely training programmes to staff from across all business areas of our Company.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and delivering successful training programmes within the motor industry. You will be up to date in the latest developments in Learning & Development, self-motivated, with good attention to detail and strong communication skills. In return you can expect a competitive salary and benefits package.
You will be based in the Midlands but will be required to deliver training programmes throughout the UK, across our Ford Retail Dealerships and nominated hotel venues.
