Launched in the UK less than 14 years ago, Lexus is currently experiencing 40% growth and is recognised as the market leaders of Hybrid technology. As well as achieving consistent success in consumer surveys, most recently taking 1st place in the J.D. Power and Associates 2006 UK customer satisfaction study for an unprecedented sixth consecutive year.

The opportunity has arisen for a Centre Manager to manage Lexus Swindon and promote all aspects of the Lexus brand and its products in the region. The successful candidate will have the necessary motivational skills, vision and intellectual capacity to add value to all aspects of the business in a proactive manner, and have a passion for delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

This is a demanding role in a busy environment, candidates should therefore demonstrate sound analytical skills, coupled with the ability to rapidly process and assimilate a wide range of information and market data. Computer literacy and an understanding of spreadsheets and databases are essential.
