We’re looking for someone to take one of our
three Lexus centres to new heights.
Ideally you will already have franchise
management experience in the premium sector,
you are a general sales manager looking for
your next step up or you are running a highly
successful sales department for a luxury brand.
Above all, you will demonstrate a zest for
automotive retailing, a passion for the industry
and an appetite for success.
Given the legendary Lexus first class
customer care, we expect our general
manager to ensure the business delivers
an exemplary Lexus experience to all
our customers on a daily basis. As well
as possessing excellent leadership skills,
outstanding communication ability and
being process competent, you must be
sales driven and your profit performance
must be equally impressive.
The foundation has already been laid but
we need someone of exceptional calibre to
build all aspects of the business with a goal of
making it the very best in the Lexus network.
