Our client, an established dealer group based in the West Midlands with an £85m turnover and 7 franchises across 8 sites, requires a capable, dynamic and enthusiastic person to manage their business.
The initial challenge includes the review of the current business structure, operations and strength of the management team. As Managing Director you will report solely to the shareholders.
The successful applicant will have proven leadership of a motor dealership / group, in addition we will be seeking an individual with a strong character, broad management experience and a key focus on profitability. To ensure the group continues to achieve the required results an ability to set clear performance objectives and leadership acumen to carry out these initiatives is essential.
