Autotrader.co.uk is looking for an experienced, talented and driven Sales Manager to lead its team of account managers in the manufacturer and dealer group market place. The successful applicant will be a key member of the Auto Trader Digital management team with responsibility for driving the continued and increased success of this highly accomplished team by ensuring the delivery of customer excellence through the wide range of products and services in our ever-expanding portfolio.
Successful candidates should demonstrate their ability in the following areas:
• Leading the sales team by example and motivation to maximize revenue from existing and new business and in line with business expectations.
• Understanding of the used car market place from a franchised / used approved perspective and key contacts therein.
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key contacts at group and manufacturer level.
• Growth and development of a key accounts customer base.
• Management, training, motivation and development of a high performing team.
