Job Title:                Market Area Quality Standards Manager
Location:               Brighton Audi
Department:         Management
Hours of Work:     8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
Salary:                  Commensurate with skills and responsibilities

Main Purpose of Job

Provide excellent support and guidance to the Caffyns Audi branches (Brighton, Eastbourne and Worthing).

Establish, implement and maintain an effective Quality Management System within the retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent support and guidance to the Caffyns Audi branches (Brighton, Eastbourne and Worthing).

Maintain effective liaison with all members of staff, forming a strong sense of teamwork within the retailer and ensure accurate and timely feedback of information to appropriate persons.

Review all functions and tasks with appropriate member of management and advise of any opportunities for improvement

Co-ordinate the effective closing out of HSO audit shortfalls within agreed deadlines.

Establish, implement and maintain an effective Quality Management System within the three Audi retailers.

Develop an understanding of Quality Management principles within the retailer.

Work with all members of staff to implement processes and procedures

Ensure processes and procedures are effective and HSO requirements are met.

Ensure all required documentation and records are maintained in line with HSO.

Report to the management team on the performance on the management system and, any opportunities for improvement.

Organise regular management review meetings.

Produce all necessary reports and any required information on a regular basis.

Carry out the necessary investigations, spot check or audit activities in order to provide information to the management team.

Ensure the retailer achieves industry-leading standards, process efficiency and cost control.

Act as point of contact for all HSO issues

Liaise with Quality Specialists, Area Managers, Auditors and others to ensure best practice measures are employed by the retailer.

Maintain personal awareness and knowledge of current Quality topics and share that knowledge with colleagues.
