As Marketing Manager for a well known Automotive Finance Company you will have responsibility for the development and ongoing performance of the Marketing activities for financial services for the purchase and contract hire of automobiles across a variety of appointed Brands. About the role:
Using your credibility, reputation and influencing skills you will need to quickly forge successful business relationships with the car manufacturers by building strong commercial relationships with the sales and marketing teams across the automotive brands.
Working closely with the Commercial Director & Senior Marketing Manager, you will have responsibility for the development and implementation of customer acquisition, communication and retention strategies whilst upholding company values and quality procedures.
A key aspect of this diverse role will be developing campaign and product strategies for the group with the brands, analysing trends, product application and presenting to senior management/board members recommendations for campaign strategy.
Assisting the brands in their advertising activity, responsible for ensuring that advertising complies with the legal finance requirements as laid out by Trading Standards and the Consumer Credit Act and marketing to the car manufacturer customer base through a multichannel approach, using direct mail, email and telephone based marketing.
Actively participate in weekly team meetings and keep senior management updated with performance on a regular basis and work with the Pricing and Risk teams in order to maximise retail opportunities and new routes to market.
You will have responsibility for compliance activities, adhering to the FSA and OFT regulations and requirements and be expected to prepare, analyse and present statistical information relating to the overall team performance.
