There is now a need to find a highly motivated individual to become National Development Manager. Reporting to the Director of Fundraising and Communications, you will be responsible for the leadership of a team of eight Regional Managers and two Payroll Presenters, to develop areas of potential income.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in either a sales or fundraising context, delivering a business result through a team. With an ability to lead and motivate people, you will be experienced in developing sustainable relationships, comfortable presenting ideas and proposals to a range of audiences.
You will be focused, driven and resilient. Comfortable working to tight deadlines, you will enjoy working with and through people. You will prefer variety and diversity in your working day.
