Our Client’s Fleet has evolved a comprehensive customer support structure that complements the Field Staff role with a Business Centre resource, a database and Contact Management System, a corporate demonstrator resource and a Fleet Rebate Programme. This new role includes existing fleet administration responsibilities plus the co-ordination of the agency resource, the ongoing control of fleet support programmes and is a key role in the Fleet Management team.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for the management of supporting agencies, fleet programme, financial and performance measurements and audit control. You will also liaise with the Fleet and Finance management teams to ensure effective delivery of fleet rebates and co-ordination of all fleet event and marketing activities.
The ideal candidate for this senior role will be somebody qualified to degree standard and with experience of working closely with agencies and field teams. Candidates should be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of programme management/implementation, claims administration and financial/audit procedures.
