Do you have the experience and drive to build a substantial and profitable National Fleet business for the Ford Retail Group (Ford Retail UK/Polar Ford/Dagenham Ford).
As the Director you will be responsible for establishing and implementing a marketing plan and budget, and accepting full responsibility for delivering the Group's business development strategies.
You will have the opportunity to select and develop the highest calibre National Sales Force in this industry. The package we have put together will reflect the importance of this role.
The person we're looking for will already have proven success in managing National Fleet Sales and will have negotiated profitable multi-million pound contracts at Board level.
You will be mobile and flexible with excellent marketing/business qualifications. You will be able to demonstrate success, leadership, excellent business acumen, and superlative customer service skills.
The position may be located at any of our major dealership hubs.
