Established in 1990, Lexus cars have long been synonymous with manufacturing quality. We’ve even topped the JD Power Customer Satisfaction Survey for the last seven consecutive years – standing testament to the whole ethos of luxury surrounding our brand. Now we need someone to build on this success as part of our national after sales team, auditing our existing practices and finding avenues for improvement.
This is far from a typical after-sales role. You’ll drive all our customer experience and retention activities with a focus that extends far beyond service, parts and warranty activities. Managing a team of Regional After Sales Development Managers, your remit will cover all 52 of our Lexus Centres. You’ll also have the chance to influence our European strategies at an exciting time for Lexus, as we continue to grow our hybrid presence in the market.
Essentially you’ll be the eyes, ears and voice of the brand to our customers, so it’s important you have an integrated approach and are able to operate at a senior level across the business. A good knowledge of the motor industry will also be essential, as you’ll need to be able to see the bigger picture as you lead and inspire your team.
