Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the National Sales Manager will be a central member of the management team, taking responsibility to ensure that the company achieves its annual sales volume business plan by:
Managing and motivating a nationwide team of 7 Zone Managers and a Dealer Development Manager
Establishing and supporting dealers in the achievement of their sales targets
Optimising the dealer representation and franchising plan
Ideally, candidates should have gained relevant experience in working for a high-profile manufacturer or importer of 4-wheel or 2-wheel vehicles, although consideration may be given to individuals with an outstanding track record from the retail sector. Applicants should have a sound appreciation of the key issues affecting the UK motorcycle market and hold a current motorcycle licence.
The position is based at the company's UK headquarters at Crawley, Suusex, However the position will involve a considerable amount of UK travel.
