Are you currently a Regional Service Manager who wants to make a career move to become a National Service Manager?
Applicants should have the capability of formulating and implementing plans and programs through leadership of the Service facility for all identified Automotive Business Units in order to achieve targets in terms of revenue, profit, quality, staff development and exceptional customer service. The following are the responsibilities and required skill set:
•Develop and ensure effective implementation of Service Strategies.
•Define an optimum organization structure and establish a culture for Automotive Service.
•Develop business best practice at the same time identifying new income streams and evaluation of potential new service centers.
•Prepare and provide automotive service related procurement plans, pricing guidelines are in line with market conditions to ensure cost effectiveness.
•Monitor Customer Satisfaction Index on account of Service issues in order to determine the extent of customer satisfaction and identify steps for improvement in quality.
•Devise new plans and improvements in service standards to increase customer footfall, retentions and quality of service.
•Liaise with Principal local / overseas offices with respect to Service, create MIS and review on a regular basis.
•Builds, leads and develops a highly motivated, achievement oriented Service teams capable of meeting, or exceeding, demanding targets and objectives.
•Bachelor degree in Engineering or Management.
•Minimum 7 - 10 years of experience for having handled leading and multi brand Automotive brands of which at least 4 years of Senior Management experience, would be an added advantage but not essential.
•In depth knowledge of Gulf Automotive Service market and competition preferred.
•High level planning and analytical skills.Should posses' excellent communication skills - fluency in English, added advantage for Arabic language.
