We now have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our team to develop the Porsche Centre Network to help meet our short, medium and long term objectives.
The Network Development and Strategy Manager, is responsible for making specific recommendations for the ongoing development of both individual Porsche dealers and the Porsche Centre Network as a whole, ensuring strategic franchise progress in the UK and Ireland. This will involve consultation with other key departments throughout Porsche Cars Great Britain and Porsche AG in Germany.
This is a timely and exciting opportunity to roll out “Porsche Business Excellence”, a programme to bring dealer performance to the next level, and a key driver in achieving Porsche’s Strategy 2018.
The successful candidate will have experience in developing and implementing standards and procedures that improve performance and create consistency and uniformity across a dealer network. The incumbent will be accountable for the market representation strategy for sales and after-sales, ensuring objectives and long-range strategic plans can be achieved via a robust infrastructure. Ideal candidates will be experienced in the automotive industry with a track record of delivery in a similar role.
