This is a field based role working for an Automotive Manufacturer covering the Southern half of the country (south of Birmingham).
Responsible for managing the manufacturer’s brand network strategy within Southern England.
Implementation and field management of Sales and Aftersales distribution channel for the brand.
Manage Distributor and Authorised Repairer applications and terminations.
Fill open points and Aftersales channel capacity requirements.
Manage the “Retailers at Risk” process
Manage Distributor and Authorised repairer compliance to standards.
The successful candidate will:
Have a background in a regional role with either an automotive dealer group or manufacturer.
Be educated to degree level or equivalent
Have strong operational and strategic expertise in both sales and aftersales
Have a working knowledge of dealer and Authorised Repairer operations
Have excellent communication and presentation skills
Have a high level personal motivation and initiative
Highly developed financial analytical skills
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Computer literate in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
Up-to-date knowledge of the motor industry and Block Exemption legislation
Be located in Southern England (south of Birmingham)
