An automotive manufacturer is seeking a head office based Network Development Strategy Manager to support the delivery of their Brand Network Representation Strategy. This includes liaison with Brand Factories on standards with local interpretation for UK compliance.
Responsibility for Brand ideal network plan and future capacity planning working with Group Network Planning team
Liaison with Brand factory on standards and local interpretation
Factory liaison on key projects
Monitor and escalate standards compliance on sales and authorised repairer including ownership of the fall down and escalation process within the brand
Monitoring of risk retailers within the network in liaison with Group Business Management
Planning the engagement of Business Management for development of underperforming retailers
Investor assessment and recommendation to Brand and Group Network Committee
Management of CI programs and network implementation
Franchising data analysis for the Brand and Factory as required
The successful candidate will have:
Ideally be educated to graduate level
Must have a broad and thorough knowledge of the motor industry and retailer operations.
Must have good negotiation presentation and communication skills and be able to communicate at a senior management / board level.
Must be flexible and adaptable to fast changing situations.
Good organisational skills for the successful management of multiple and varied projects.
Must be approachable, fair and reasonable in dealing with applicants and existing retailers.
Has tenacity and determination to achieve results and build relationships.
Ability to use their own time and that of others efficiently and effectively.
