We are looking to recruit a New Car Sales Manager
for our Dagenham Ford
With an appetite for success and outstanding leadership qualities, you will be a professional who also possesses enthusiasm, energy and drive. These attributes, along with vision and the ability to develop winning strategies, will assist you to manage from within one of the largest retail volume showrooms in the country, developing what is already a successful sales operation into Europe's number 1.
To achieve this you will understand marketing processes and coach your sales team using your excellent motivational and communication skills, enabling them to achieve targets and continue to sell in excess of 2000 retail vehicles per annum. The successful management of your time and that of your team will be essential. Ensuring customer satisfaction at the highest level will be second nature to you.
