You will be self-motivated, highly successful and ambitious with excellent administration and man-management skills. With a large team to manage - including two Retail Sales Team Managers (a mix of Sales Controller and Business Manager), ten retail and corporate sales executives plus support staff - you will need to possess huge levels of charisma and a can-do attitude. You will also need to be experienced in closely controlled selling environments.
