Here's what you can expect to be doing in the job.
Following the retail sales process from start to finish, including part exchange valuation, with your own customers.
Prospecting new and existing customers.
Selling vehicles, finance, add-ons and accessories, in an FSA compliant environment, by face-to-face contact, over the phone and via website queries.
Taking orders and arranging customer handover.
Ensuring customers enjoy their experience so that they come back time and time again.
Participating in ad-hoc marketing initiatives to boost sales.
Here's what you'll have to be able to do the job.
Good general standard of education, including Maths & English GCSE or equivalent.
Demonstrable success in a target driven sales environment, ideally gained in the motor trade.
Excellent communication skills (by phone, face-to-face and written) and a positive attention to detail.
Desire to work well under pressure and succeed as part of a team.
Well presented and ability to work some evenings and weekends.
