Working from the Aston Martin worldwide HQ in Gaydon, Warwickshire the One-77 & VIP Sales Manager career opportunity, is both challenging and rewarding. Selling to the most discerning clientele in the world, a background in managing customer relations on a global scale is a skill which is essential for this role.
Previous experience in high end luxury goods is essential for consideration, as well as the ability to demonstrate a track record of sales, broad business acumen, coupled with a mature and well balanced mindset on how to conduct senior level negotiations
We are seeking an individual with impeccable credentials and personal qualities, used to dealing with long and protracted negotiations whilst keeping a calm and professional handle on the whole process.
Culturally, the successful applicant must be able to work independently as well as part of a small team at HQ, handling factory visits for VIPs, as well as regular liaison with customers during build programmes of vehicles.
Aston Martin is expecting the very best in terms of quality, personality, industry knowledge and Sales Management ability. The process for selection is solely via Southgate Consulting who is working with the senior Management and HR team to provide initial interview and recruitment support.
