Circa £ 52 -55,000 + Bonus Package circa £ 65-68K

The main purpose of the role is to manage and develop a long term and profitable relationship with the Brand Departments, optimising the effective provision of client services and customer satisfaction whilst ensuring the client profit targets are realised.
The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge and experience of the motor industry at General Manager / Dealer Principal level and above.
A proven track record in managing operations preferably in either
retail, contact centre or distribution areas.
Strong leadership, people management and influencing skills.
High impact presentation skills.
The ability to demonstrate the achievement of results e.g. business
improvements, cost savings and revenue generation.
The ability to build strong client relationships.
Demonstrable ability to operate in a multi-site environment and
outsourcing industry experience would be advantageous.
