To manage and develop programmes within the Group achieving and exceeding client expectations, developing team members and delivering profit. To manage the relationship between the brand stakeholders and the teams. To ensure that all programmes achieve the agreed Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements. To embed the core values and ethics into the contracts. Candidates must have automotive experience, Account Management experience and people management/people development and ideally come from a relationship management background.
