Pinkstones Toyota; is one of the most respected Toyota dealers in the UK. A well-established family business with one of the largest retail territories and a hugely loyal customer database; they are seeking an OUTSTANDING New Car Sales Manager to take the business to new heights.
Managing six new car salespeople and reporting to the Centre Principal, the successful candidate will demonstrate:
•A solid understanding of a controlled sales process
•An ability to motivate and lead a team to over achieve targets in units and profitability (currently over 800 new car units)
•The capability to plan and structure monthly campaigns and to communicate
effectively with the manufacturer
•A practical understanding of finance and an ability to drive PCP sales
•Drive, determination hunger and aptitude
In return; our client will pay a significant basic salary and expect the right candidate to earn between £50k - £60k. A company car, medical insurance and other manufacturer incentives also form part of the remuneration package.
