Today there are opportunities for two “Pro-active Professionals” to join the Management Team and play a leading part in developing all aspects of the expanding Automotive Division.
As sole distributor for two vehicle manufacturers, we require a real ‘Parts Professional’ to take full responsibility across the entire Parts spectrum of a business that is experiencing a period of changing priorities, which includes expanding the franchise portfolio where the Parts Manager will have a leading role in developing new business.
Currently there are 9 company owned Parts Branches, so with a compliment of 85 multi-cultural Parts staff, it would be advantageous to have managerial experience gained in a main dealership. You will need working knowledge of a manufacturers DMS system covering factory ordering, stockholding and a nationwide distribution service. You will also produce and manage budgets, daily operational controls and introduce essential KPI targets.
Other key responsibilities include agreeing purchase targets, competitive prices, marketing support and delivery schedules with the manufacturers. And to implement sales strategies covering front-counter, trade outlets and van sales.
