We are now expanding our existing After Sales Department to further support our dealer network to address the critical factors of customer retention, loyalty and recommendation, whilst continuing to develop the network’s commercial performance.
Reporting to the National Parts & Accessories Manager, you will be responsible for the operational day-to-day contact for the provision of services contract with Kia’s parts warehousing, distribution and inventory management contractor. You will also be required to maintain, develop, implement and maximise the Kia parts business by achieving objectives within budgeted expenditure levels.
Preferably having worked in similar roles within an automotive company at National Level, you will be educated to degree level with a background in engineering, mathematics, computing or business.
