Here’s what you can expect to be doing in the job.
Working for our busy Parts Department you will be responsible for developing the trade customer database, and meeting Trade sales targets.
Using your network Trade Parts Association contacts, our customer database, etc to develop new and existing business.
Partly dealer based, but more often than not, out visiting customers, promoting offers and developing ongoing relationships.
Managing the ordering and dispatch process for trade customer orders, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Participating in ad-hoc marketing initiatives to boost sales.
Here’s what you’ll have to be able to do the job.
Good general standard of education, ideally including some further education in a related subject.
Demonstrable success in a target driven sales environment, ideally gained in the motor trade.
Ideally knowledge of computerised stock control, preferably using Laser and or Kerridge.
Excellent communication and selling skills (by phone, face-to-face and written).
Desire to work well under pressure, using your own initiative, and succeed as part of a team to meet targets.
Well presented and professional approach.
