We are a key service provider to Volkswagen Group UK and now have exciting opportunities for experienced In-Retailer Performance Improvement Coaches to join us in one of the two new In-Retailer coaching teams we are creating.
We are seeking experienced Coaches to work with the Retailer customer facing teams in sales and service sales throughout the UK. The main responsibility of our Coaches is to provide on-going coaching, support and feedback to the retailer network to ensure positive customer telephone enquiry experience and generate profitable incremental sales.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
•Management Communication; ensure Retailer Management are focused on the programme by conducting de-briefing meetings with key stakeholders
•In-Retailer Coaching; 1-2-1 coaching of Management, 1-2-1 and group coaching of Sales Executives and Service Advisors
•Monitor performance; tracking individual and Retailer’s performance and activity with a view to making improvements
•Interaction and close working with the brand networks Area Teams; attend joint visits where required whilst keeping the manufacturer aware of all issues and actions relating to the performance improvement plans
The aim is to ensure that all Retailers are engaged in gaining sustainable improvement in how inbound calls are handled in the sales and service environment, and levels of appointments and specific business outcomes achieved.
The Ideal Candidate
As a Coach you will preferably have a strong in-dealer retail sales and or service background and be exceptional in using the telephone to secure sales. We are looking for dynamic, self starters who have a wealth of experience in successfully improving performance in Sales, Aftersales or Finance Penetration ideally but not essentially within the automotive industry. You will be an engaging individual who can inspire others to achieve results over the telephone and encourage sustainable behavioural change.
