Process Improvement Manager - Automotive Retail
Field Based – Five positions UK wide
£40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Car + Benefits

The Role: With an ever-growing base of customers and increasing number of employees a new requirement has been created for five Process Improvement Managers to work for our client on behalf Audi nationwide. The roles are field based with our clients’ head office being situated in Warwick.
Centred on the cultivation of a 'self development' and 'pro training' culture throughout the business you will be tasked with improving customer satisfaction and reducing return to workshop scores. You will work closely with Audi centre management to implement and coach improved techniques in customer understanding and preparation, teamwork and communication. Process improvement and quality checking, facilitating sustainable solutions for staff recruitment, development and retention. You will need to build a close working relationship with other brand teams.
Reporting to the Programme Manager your key tasks will be to engage heads of business in the Audi centres activity from launch to ensure buy in and involvement in the action process. Assess designated centres current processes and activities in order to prioritise areas for coaching and improvement. You will need to have a genuinely strong desire to drive performance and client satisfaction through engaging and powerful training/coaching solutions. You will posses the ability to inspire and influence others and hold an understanding of franchised and dealer business practices.
