Location: Corbin Business Park, Caring Lane, Bearsted, Kent, ME14 4NJ

Salary: £25k - £30k p.a

Working hours: 9.00am -5:30pm

Holidays: 20 days (This will increase by one day per calendar year service, to a maximum of 25 days), plus bank holidays.

Office environment: Open plan, high-tech, clean.

Training: Regular training sessions by suppliers, Google, industry bodies, colleagues and trainers on discipline specific topics and soft skills, including learning about other disciplines.


Job Overview


We are the UK’s largest specialised digital agency in the automotive industry. We build, manage and market online strategies for more than half of the UK’s Top 200 motor retailers and many of the world’s leading manufacturers.
As part of our on-going expansion, we are currently looking to recruit a Product Trainer at our main office in Bearsted, near Maidstone (Kent) to join our Product Training team.
The ideal candidates must have a minimum of three years of hands-on experience working in an automotive management role or within a motor trade training environment.
The Role

As our product trainer, you will be primarily responsible for the strategic planning; coordinating and creation of our online help assets including user guides, FAQ's, and video tutorials. In addition to this you will assist in designing and creating internal and client product training courses as well as delivering training and monitoring the effectiveness, quality, and consistency of training delivery.
Key Requirements

A minimum of three years' experience working in an automotive management role or alternatively within a motor trade training environment.
Have the ability to translate complex software functionality into easily understandable guides and help resources
Have excellent planning and organisational skills, working to tight deadlines methodically, and consistently exceeding customer's expectations
The ability to engage and deliver internal staff training as well as customer product training at senior management level.

Able to work autonomously and contribute to the development of further training and support needs within the business
Working away from home and flexible working hours may be required from time to time

Knowledge of automotive processes and management within a dealership environment
Ability to understand clients' needs and consider practical solutions

Excellent organisation, preparation and communication skills

Confident and articulate in presenting ideas and training both internally and to clients
A high quality of written and verbal communication

The ability to identify training needs both within our business and within our client's businesses.
Able to demonstrate strong IT skills and understanding, especially in relation to web based solutions, interfaces and Microsoft Office.
Your Profile:

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, meticulous, possess excellent communication skills and ideally come from an automotive management background. You will need to have excellent planning and communication skills and be articulate, personable and be prepared to have the flexibility to adapt to meet the needs of a constantly developing business.
