Qualified Technical Trainers / Assessors Required - Warwickshire.

Specialising in working within the automotive sector with many large automotive manufacturers delivering bespoke learning and development programmes to maximise the skill levels and productivity of their employees our client enjoys great success and stability within the industry.
With over 100 staff in the UK, Calex currently requires experienced and qualified Automotive Technical Trainers to join our UK team at Land Rover in Warwickshire.
The successful Technical Trainer will be responsible for undertaking the technical skills training of delegates to ensure the fulfilment of the learning framework along with manufacturer specific added modules. .
This Technical Trainer / Assessor role carries an excellent remuneration package with a very competitive salary; company vehicle, pension and health care options. All of this reflects the desire to attract and retain the very best candidates. Car allowance is available if company car is not required.
All trainers are given product training on both Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles in addition to embarking on JLR’s global trainer accreditation programme. Training delivery will be based at the Academy in Leamington, with courses periodically being delivered in Scotland.
In order to support the launch of a new technical curriculum and to meet the needs of a growing network, the successful candidates will be expected to achieve a qualified training career path that rewards performance and achievement.
The ideal Technical Trainer will have a proven track record of delivering exciting and engaging training up to level 3 diagnostic standard and ATA assessment. You will also:
· Hold relevant training qualifications such as PTLLS/ CTLLS and an assessor award, ATA would also be a benefit..
· Have excellent current technical knowledge and be competent in diagnostics.
· Be able to work under pressure and use innovation in the delivery and assessment of training programs
· Experience with Jaguar or Land Rover products would be beneficial but not essential.
