Detail : To maximise Customer Satisfaction and manufacturer operating standards (and the dealer bonus that relates to it!), our client require a Standards / CSI Quality Manager. Working with an excellent PLC and premium/prestige car franchise, you will control an ISO 9002 type standards process, and all customer CSI issues - predominantly in the Aftersales environment, but with involvement elsewhere in the dealership... You will probably have an Aftersales Management history, and have had ownership of high operating standards controls or ISO QM experience.
