Based in South Oxfordshire, we specialise in recruiting executive and senior, roles for the automotive sector. We punch above our weight and have an enviable client base of household name car manufacturers, marketing agencies and suppliers to the automotive industry. We are a growing fast and are now looking to take on a Recruitment Consultant or Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
Ideally you will already have experience as a recruitment consultant (in any industry sector), however we’d also love to hear from any ambitious, degree educated people with a proven track record in a business to business sales role in the automotive industry (possibly in fleet, F&I sales or selling a product or service to the automotive industry).
You will need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record in building new business in a target driven, B2B sales environment.
The role will involve working with existing clients as well as developing new client relationships. You will search and select suitable candidates for your clients' vacancies and manage your candidates through the interview process. At all times you will need to provide a first class level of service to both your clients and candidates. The work is fast paced but varied and highly rewarding.

The successful candidate will have:
A proven track record of achievement in recruitment or other B2B sales role
Be graduate calibre (educated to A level standard as a minimum)
Previous B2B sales experience in the automotive industry would be advantageous
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Enjoy working in a targeted sales environment
Be IT literate and competent using Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
Be experienced using social media
A self-starter with the ability to plan and prioritise your own work
Enjoy working in a small, friendly team environment
