A fantastic chance to join an expanding and highly successful volume Vehicle Importer, with high levels of Brand standards and CSI. The next twelve months has plenty of activity with new model launches and facelifts, coupled with a massive Aftersales improvement programme for the retail network, requiring 100% involvement from the field team to instigate and encourage retailers to “raise the bar” in all areas of customer delivery.

Operating a broad territory covering North West and North East England, our ideal candidate profile will probably come from a similar role in Regional Aftersales Management, within a recognised volume car Importer/Distributor. It is important that you are resident within the territory, and able to cover an area working remotely from the Head Office base in the Home Counties, and be responsible for highly organised reporting and administrative organisation. A thorough understanding and knowledge of franchised dealer composite assessment is expected, in order to appreciate Aftersales performance review and rectification of any problem areas.

The need for continuous CSI improvement is also a necessity, and the ability to demonstrate how this may be implemented would be critical.

The successful applicant should possess refined communication and planning skills, coupled with an influential approach to commercial management and pro-active stance in making improvements both within financial and customer experience areas.
