Our client is a premium automotive manufacturer representing the Indian market; they are the regional head office and are based in India. An immediate opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly professional Aftersales Manager with responsibility for ensuring the dealer network's Aftersales facilities, systems and procedures are in-line with the manufacturers' standards.
We are inviting applications from applicants who are working as Regional Aftersales Managers with a premium or prestige automotive brand.
•Manage technical recall and initiate service activities within the India region
•Ensure certification and compliance of dealers' vehicles with the region's technical regulations
•Manage issues pertaining to product quality, reliability and serviceability
•Ensure dealers compliance with warranty policy and procedures, operating service standards and related requirements
•Review, evaluate and approve goodwill claims made after the warranty period
•Advise dealers on methods to accomplish targets
•Initiate and monitor marketing activities within the region
•Develop strategic Aftersales projects
•Oversee the dealers pricing of Parts & Accessories
•Manage the planning, budgeting and achievement of targets and objectives pertaining to Parts and Accessories in the region
•Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers on a national level
•Supervise the work of departmental employees and facilitate their career progression
•At least 7 years' technical experience in the Aftersales department of a premium automobile brand, of which at least 3 years should have been as an Aftersales Manager.
•High proficiency in MS Office (user) skills
