With a very high profile within the business, this highly challenging and rewarding role is the pivotal relationship between the brand and the dealer network across the region. Leading a team of sales and aftersales specialists you will be responsible for maximising regional performance and profitability through new car sales volumes, model mix, used car sales, parts/accessory sales and sold hours to levels that meet or exceed planned levels. In addition you will deliver CSI objectives, targeted levels of dealer profitability, and will also work closely with the Network Development Team to improve dealer representation.
Applicants should have:
A proven record of achievement in sales management, personal selling and meeting or exceeding sales and margin targets.
Excellent leadership skills; able to motivate, inspire and challenge your team and dealer partners.
Strong people development skills.
Well developed interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills
High levels of commercial awareness, profit and customer orientation
Experience in franchising and be accomplished in business development, planning and reporting disciplines
Strong self motivation; high levels of drive and hunger to exceed team and personal targets
