Hyundai is the sixth largest car manufacturer in the world and is continuing its record of growth in the UK through excjtincj product plans, brand development and a strong focus on network performance and development.
With a high profile within the business, this role is pivotal In the relationship with the dealer network across the recjion. Leading a team of sales and aftersales specialists you will be responsible for maximising regional performance and profitability through new car sales, used car sales, parts/accessory sales and sold hours. In addition you will deliver CSI objectives, targeted levels of dealer profitability, and work closely with the franchising team to improve dealer representation.
Applicants should have:
A proven record of achievement in delivery of sales and margin targets.
Excellent leadership skills, and strong people development skills.
Well developed interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills.
High levels of commercial awareness, profit and customer orientation.
Strong self motivation with high levels of drive to exceed team and personal targets.
