An opportunity has been created by an internal promotion to join our ambitious team to lead and develop our dealers in the Midlands and South Wales to maximise the performance that the Kia Franchise offers.
The successful candidate will also be required to act as the primary interface between Kia Motors (UK) Ltd and its dealer network across all areas of the dealers’ business.
Reporting to the Area Manager (South), the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a geographically defined region and accounting for their performance in meeting objectively measurable business performance criteria within that region.
The successful candidate should be working for a vehicle manufacturer / importer or similar organisation. Must have knowledge and understanding of the automotive industry, along with experience of network management and development with well-developed negotiation and inter-personal skills. The successful candidate must be living within the region, or be prepared to relocate to within the region.
