RTS is a premium provider of learning and development programmes for the UK automotive sector. Our learning and development team design and deliver high energy leading edge innovative solutions for our clients.
We are looking to recruit 2 regional training consultants, one for the North and the other for the South, each to provide training and support for 25 sales innovation specialists, based at dealerships across the respective regions. Please note that both roles will be a 12 month position initially with potential for extension.
Our client, a highly successful automotive manufacturer, aims to maximise electric vehicle sales throughout their dealership network, recruiting dedicated sales innovation specialists for this purpose.
You will work closely with key stakeholders of the automotive manufacturer, at dealership level and more widely, to support them in achieving their objectives and targets by delivering the learning and development requirements for the specialists.
You will have a proven background in training, facilitation and coaching, ideally from within retail sales. Experience in the automotive industry and in particular, the electric or hybrid vehicle sector would be a distinct advantage, but is not essential.
With great presentation and communication skills, you will be able to deliver high impact, engaging and effective training to groups and individuals, that positively impacts on dealership sales and individual performance. You will be comfortable with all web access and media technologies.
You will have an ability to build effective relationships with many different stakeholders within RTS and the client business. As this is a regional role, based remotely, you will be able to work autonomously, organising and planning your time and driving through actions.
This is a unique opportunity to carry out learning and development specifically relevant to sales of a fresh, exciting and innovative product. This is initially a 12 month contract. However, there may be an option for continued employment at the end of the year.
