About the role
There are three exciting new roles reporting to the Group Finance and Insurance Director. The job holders will be instrumental in the development of the Company’s finance and insurance sales performance and will be responsible for:
Developing dealership finance and insurance performance in their areas of responsibility, maximising the sales and profit opportunities through training, monitoring and reviewing performance, this will include working closely with all the franchise and dealer management teams.
Developing a strategic relationship with finance company partners to optimise achievement of Lookers goals and objectives.
Championing best practise, ensuring a standard sales process is adopted to maximise opportunities and to ensure compliance with statutory regulations relating to insurance sales.
Recruiting, training and developing Finance and Insurance Managers.
The successful candidates will be enthusiastic, focused, energetic individuals with a ‘can do’ approach that motivates others and wins commitment to action.
Credible and forward-thinking, you are likely to be a business manager trained with experience of finance and insurance sales at dealership level. You must have a smart appearance and the ability to work on your own initiative.
