£45k package (£40k/£45k + car, bonus and benefits)

Covering a defined geographical area, you will be responsible for identifying and appointing dealers to ensure that sales objectives are met. This will include identifying green field sites for development as well as working with established groups and independents dealers to introduce brand to their portfolio.
With a successful track record as a regional manager in the retail motor industry, you have proven experience in sales, aftersales or franchising. You are an energetic, tenacious and credible individual with highly developed communication/influencing skills. Additionally you are commercially astute, confident and highly numerate.
