Our Client is a very well established Vehicle Importer with a range of product, covering cars, 4x4 and LCV areas. An immediate requirement has arisen for a Regional Manager – Aftersales to cover a territory in the North of England between Leeds, Hull and Southport in the South of the region, and Newcastle Upon Tyne in the North.
 
Our ideal candidate profile for this role would be an individual who can display either a very similar profile for a Volume Importer within the UK, or, alternatively an Aftersales or Group Aftersales Manager wanting to make a career move from a major Retail operation to a Manufacturer/Importer environment. Either way, the successful candidate should be able to demonstrate very high levels of competence within Aftersales Composite Analysis, Parts & Service operation review, Franchising, Business Development, Quality Management review, CRM, Coaching & Planning.
 
This is an immediate vacancy and the interview and selection process will take place in April, with the client ideally looking for a start date in May/June at the latest.
 
 
  1. Can you manage and coach Retailers to increase their Service, Repair, Customer Loyalty and Parts market share through strategic management and evaluation?
 
  1. Can you work closely with the Aftersales department at Head Office to implement and influence Regional and Dealer Aftersales programmes, helping colleagues in other territories?
 
  1. Can you take full responsibility for holding regular meetings with Aftersales and Senior Dealer personnel?
 
  1. Can you implement “best practice” within a business environment and look at maximising profitability in Parts & Service operations?
 
  1. Are you able to guide and coach Dealer in achieving satisfactory technical resolutions in all areas of Aftersales?
