Our client is an automotive manufacturer. They are currently seeking 2 Regional Office Co-ordinators, one based in Birmingham and one based in Glasgow.
The role will be to provide both administrative and analytical support to the Regional Management Team. Coordinate regional events and projects and be a point contact for the manufacturer’s Head office and regional stakeholders regarding general reporting and event queries.
Key Responsibilities Include:
To prepare and distribute dealer performance communications
Liaison with the other regional offices to co-ordinate quarterly national Field team meetings
Co-ordination of weekly Communications from regional office to HQ
Day to day management of regional office location including liaison on all site matters.
Organisation and management of meeting schedule including Weekly manager meeting, Monthly business review and Regional Quarterly review meeting
To complete regional office reporting, for both Sales and After sales to feed into central HQ reporting
To generate general sales admin reporting for regional office, reporting on key performance measures include fall down KPI’s, bespoke performance measure and Regional Team members visit schedules.
Cover for regional team members due to sickness and Holiday to support weekly tasks and ring
Management of Regional budget - reporting, invoicing and spend reconciliation
The successful candidates will:
Be educated to at least A level or HND Diploma
Have experience of a fast paced commercial environment.
Have experience of working cross functionally and communicating with a variety of stakeholders within an organisation/project.
Have experience of data analysis and report production for commercial use.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships with regional office and dealer staff.
Be highly numerate with good attention to detail.
Have experience and passion in the automotive industry
Experience of project management and the diligence to complete all tasks to a high standard
Proactive Approach to problem solving and supporting the regional team
Computer Literate: Access literate with advanced Excel, Word & Power-point Skills
