Regional Sales & Marketing Manager, After Sales c£42,500 OTE + car + flexible benefits Location - North/North Midlands With a range of unique models, strong brands and trailblazing innovations, the Chrysler Group is staffed with highly motivated people delivering exceptional products and excellent service. Working within After Sales, you will be responsible for maximising market share for parts and accessories and for achieving turnover and profit targets for both wholesale and retail sides of the business. Liaising with all support areas and the sales division, you will develop and implement national and local marketing plans, identify future market developments, parts support requirements and sales opportunities to support market growth strategies.

To succeed you must have extensive knowledge and experience of the after sales market, processes and marketing concepts. You will have effective communication skills as you will be expected to negotiate and coach. In addition you will have previous parts sales experience, be self-motivated, confident and have the ability to effectively analyse numerical data.
