Responsible for sales performance of a territory that represents half of the country within this segment of the market. You will lead a small team of field-based sales executives focussed on winning, retaining and developing business from franchised dealer groups. Your time will be spent supporting and developing your teams activity, developing some business opportunities personally and working with, and to, senior colleagues in reporting and planning the progress of the business.
• You are successful automotive sector sales professional
• You have a track record of success in selling into the dealer networks in both account management and new business
• Your experience and achievements may have been gained in rental, finance, leasing, remarketing or accident management
• Ideally you will also have experience of managing field based people, but if not you will be able to demonstrate readiness to do so partly by having performed to very high levels in a field based role yourself.
