We are currently recruiting for Regional Sales Managers across the South of England for a number of our OEM clients and distributors.
Reporting to the National Manager these roles will have a strong influence over the sales performance of the region and retailers and will work with regional customer managers and to develop a mix of sales, marketing and promotions of new existing product lines.
Implement sales strategy and planning across region
Assess and monitor retailer/distributor performance for sales and create focus where necessary
Quality of customer handling and sales process
Influence over local performance in market place
Advise and communicate best practice on marketing and promotional activities
Implement required brand presentation of sales facilities
Ensure retailers have adequate product and sales training to support their sales objectives
Qualifications, skills and experience required:
Experience in regional manager role or as point of escalation for multiple sites
Self-starter with team management experience and setting KPI’s
Proven understanding of a retailer culture and structure
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Assumes responsibility for sales targets
Excellent presentation, influencing and selling skills with excellent planning abilities and organisational skills.
