Regional Sales Manager, Motor Finance
Midlands - Brimingham to Manchester M6 Corridor
A widely recognised Motor Finance business with a reputation for providing excellent products and services to the UK’s franchised and non-franchised dealer groups.
The role is responsible for leading and managing a team of field based account managers to win and retain business from dealerships across a defined geographical area. Key ares of focus are:
- Increasing retention and value of existing accounts
- Increasing new account wins
- Dealer and customer satisfaction
You are successful sales manager, not necessarily with Motor Finance experience specifically, but with a track record of successfully leading sales teams in the automotive sector. Whilst having done this in a B2B environment would be ideal and sound knowledge and experience of F&I is advantageous, as important will be your operating style and approach that will be straightforward, pragmatic, driven, and highly people & process orientated.
