Regional Corporate Sales Manager (Fleet)
Our client is an iconic, premium automotive brand with a rich automotive heritage. With a combination of exciting and dynamic new products and the introduction of all new diesel engine technology to the Brand for the first time, our client is well placed to access new areas of opportunity, in particular the corporate sector.
Our client is now creating a Corporate Sales team consisting of two Regional Corporate Sales Managers to help deliver success in this important market sector.
Reporting to the National Corporate Sales Manager, the role will deliver the regional corporate sales objectives for this Premium automotive brand, via a territory based, multi-channel sales activity plan. This plan will include targeted levels of activity via prospecting, direct appointments, dealer visits, demonstrator utilising CRM tools. Primary Responsibilities:
·To support and drive the growth of the Premium brand within the Corporate sales sector in a designated region
·Develop an integrated sales development plan for the region, focusing on specific sales activity and customer relationship actions through;
·Presentation & Demonstration
·To deliver a level of customer service and interaction commensurate with the Client’s luxury brand position
·Ensure there is a strong focus within the Premium Brand network on handling and qualifying dealer corporate sales enquiries
·Coordinate & create the necessary conditions for Corporate Sales best practice sharing within the Premium Brand network
·Support dealer and Premium Brand event activity from a Corporate sales perspective
Key focus Areas:
·Deliver full implementation and compliance with the Client’s Corporate Sales Strategy, policy and processes
·Ensure integration into the Premium Brand’s UK sales & operations team
·Ensure accurate and detailed communication and reporting of activity via regular reporting and CRM
·Seek opportunities to develop and share best practice across nominated dealers within the Premium Brand’s network
·Ensure consistency of approach between individual assigned dealers & customers
·Maintenance of a professional, added value image at all times on behalf of our Client and Impetus Automotive
You will have had extensive corporate sales and account management exposure preferably within a premium automotive, luxury product or luxury service environment.
·Highly developed corporate sales and account management skills
·Numerate with strong ability to analyse data and KPI metrics
·Highly developed ability to develop sales development plans to deliver sales growth in a fast paced environment
·Well-developed coaching and people skills
·Proven commercial mind set and proactive approach to solving business problems and challenges
·Effective communication skills with an outstanding and tenacious telephone communicator, the ability to influence different audiences and through different methods is essential
·Self-motivation with strong organisation and time management skills
·An energetic, highly competent professional who can deliver against objectives whilst retaining a passion and unbridled enthusiasm for the brand and the sector
