We have the opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our Sales teams at the Hatfield Centre.
The Sales Administrator is a proactive and important member of the centre’s administration team, assisting with all paperwork, taxation and follow-up work that is required for the buying and selling of new and pre-owned Porsche vehicles. You will be responsible for booking both new and pre-owned vehicles into stock, using the company's Management System, updating records as information becomes available, invoicing customers, ordering vehicles from the manufacturer's system and taxing new vehicles on the AFRL system.
You will be an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Administrator who is confident in developing positive relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues. In addition you should have excellent organisational and communication skills as well as an excellent eye for detail and the desire to do an excellent job. To be considered for this role, you should have motor trade experience and ideally knowledge of ADP (Kerridge) and AFRL.
