Our Client is a large automotive group with several regional facilities throughout the Middle East; the Company represents several motor car brands and is currently expanding their product line-up. They have an opening for a talented and highly professional Sales & Marketing Director to join their senior management team.
•Coordinate the achievement of agreed sales volume targets for new and used cars. Exploiting potential to the full and secure revenues.
•Responsible for the overall sales & marketing strategy of the company (planning of advertising, events, customer contacts, communication) and its successful implementation.
•Support the Managing Director in qualitative and quantitative annual target settings for the Sales Regions.
•Support the Regional Directors to implement and achieve the Sales targets, customer loyalty and customer care quality.
•Optimise ordering and sales planning for the entire sales organisation (e.g. production and stock management).
•The aim is to use high-quality service and professional customer care to bind customers and potential customers to the Brands, to the Company and to the sales consultant in person. The customer base of the Company must be secured and continuously extended.
•Ten years experience in a sales or administrative position, at least five of which shall have been in a supervisory capacity over sales personnel, or any equivalent combination of training and experience in the commercial administration of a trading company (must be within the automotive trade); knowledge of taxation and commercial laws; in-depth computer knowledge and experience.
•Identifies with Company and Brand Values, self-confidence, ability to cope with stress, initiative, drive, outgoing nature with team and motivation qualities, capacity to organise management of objective-oriented sales advisors.
