• Manage the entire sales process of a vehicle from initial enquiry to after sales follow up
• Be able to hit all sales targets set by the company whilst delivering outstanding customer service and managing a substantial administrative workload
• To sell not just the car but finance and other ancillary products & services
• To follow an established and proven sales process from initial meet & greet to closing the sale
• Be able to manage an existing database of customers and work pro actively to bring new business in
• Adhere to both manufacturer and government operating standards
• Will have excellent communication & negotiation skills and be able to use these at all levels
• The ability to close a sale without prompting
• Will have the focus and drive to be the best
• Must have excellent personal organization skills
• Be able to work in a high pressure environment
• Can demonstrate a proven track record in car sales
